Specifically, the vessel’s steel cutting occurred at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) in Ulsan, South Korea, from where the vessel was delivered.

Moreover, Nauticor chartered the Kairos through a collaboration with Blue LNG, where it holds the 90%, whereas the Lithuanian energy infrastructure provider KN (Klaipedos Nafta) has a 10% share, from the owner Babock Schulte Energy.

Concluding, the vessel began operations in December 2018 in Northwest Europe and at the end of January, it took part in a milestone for Klaipedos Nafta and Lithuania’s LNG import facility as it completed the 20th small-scale liquefied natural gas reloading operation.
