Future Expansion Plans of Bangalore Metro Phase 2

Bangalore Metro, also known as Namma Metro, started operation on 20th October 2011. At present it is the second longest functioning metro network in India after Delhi Metro. Namma Metro currently covers a total length of 42.3 kilometres and serves 41 stations. The rapid transit system serves to ferry across an average of 315,000 passengers daily.
